FAQs
How do I get started?
Where Are You Located?In-person training is currently offered in Mustang, OK. Exact location details will be shared once we’ve confirmed we’re a good fit during your consultation.
Can I combine in-person training with online coaching?Yes — and for some clients, this is the best of both worlds. In-person sessions can provide hands-on guidance and accountability, while online coaching supports you with structured workouts, nutrition guidance, and habit support outside the gym. We’ll help you decide what combination makes the most sense for your goals and schedule.
Do I need experience? Not at all. Many of our in-person clients are beginners or returning to strength training after time away. Sessions are fully personalized, and we’ll focus on learning proper form, building confidence, and progressing at a pace that feels supportive — not overwhelming.
How often do clients typically train in person? Most clients train 1–2 times per week, depending on their goals, schedule, and experience level. During your consultation, we’ll talk through what frequency is realistic and effective for you — no pressure to commit to more than you can sustain.
What if I have joint issues, past injuries, or physical limitations? We specialize in working with real bodies and real life considerations. Training is always modified based on your history, comfort level, and current ability. While we don’t diagnose or treat medical conditions, we design strength programs that prioritize safety, joint health, and long-term sustainability.
Is nutrition coaching included with in-person training?In-person training focuses on strength and movement. Nutrition coaching can be added separately if you want more comprehensive support. If you’re unsure what level of guidance you need, we’ll talk through options during your consult.
The first step is filling out our contact form. After this, we will reach out to schedule a time to chat briefly. This allows us to learn more about your goals, experience, schedule, and preferences — and make sure in-person training is the right fit for you.
