    We’re with you every step of the way. If you have a question, need a quick pep talk, want feedback on a meal or workout, or need to adjust your plan for a busy day — just message us. You’ll get support, answers, and guidance when you need it most.

    Then, each week, you’ll receive a weekly check-in to complete so that we can give encouragement and personalised feedback based on your workouts, nutrition, habits, and progress. We adjust your plan as needed to keep you moving forward — never guessing, never alone.

  • Apply for our Momentum program by clicking the button below and filling out the form. You’ll receive a text from us to get started!

  • Once you sign up for Momentum you will receive an intake questionnaire where we will do a deep dive into your current habits, your goals, and more! From here we will build your personalized strength training program, nutrition plan, and habit tracker all in our easy to use App.

  • You’ll check in weekly, have the ability to message your coach anytime, and receive adjustments as life changes — no guessing, no going at it alone. We’ve got your back!

Month 1: Build Your Foundation
