We built LFC together because we know what it feels like to lose yourself in the chaos of work, parenting, responsibilities, and stress.
And we also know what it feels like to fight your way back — slowly, consistently, and with support.
We created Layden Fitness Co. to help real people with real lives feel strong, confident, and healthy again. Not through quick fixes. Not through perfection. But through simple habits, personalized coaching, and steady progress that fits into your actual lifestyle.

Hey, we’re Ashley and Aaron — founders of Layden Fitness Co. and your coaching team.
We believe that getting healthy shouldn’t feel complicated, overwhelming, or isolating — whether you’re starting your journey on your own or alongside your partner.
After navigating our own health journeys, parenting, stress, and major life transitions together, we realized how powerful it is when people have the right support, clarity, and encouragement behind them.
We built Layden Fitness Co. in 2023 because we saw how many women, men, and couples were trying to feel better, get stronger, and build healthier habits… but didn’t know where to start or how to stay consistent. Life gets busy, confidence dips, and it’s easy to feel disconnected from your goals, your body, and those in your life.
We’ve lived it.
We’ve rebuilt from it.
And now we help others do the same.
The Coaching We Do — Individually & Together
Ashley works primarily with women, specializing in strength training, hormones, metabolism and gut health, confidence coaching, and helping women feel strong and at home in their own bodies again.
Aaron works primarily with men, helping them rebuild consistency, strength, and sustainable routines that work with a demanding schedule.
Together, we coach couples, giving each partner an individualized plan — along with shared goals, accountability, and support that helps you grow stronger both physically and as a team.
